How to make Malai Kofta👇
1.Leave the boiled potatoes in the fridge for four to six hours.
2. Doing this will make it easier to make koftas.
3.Now mash potatoes, paneer and all purpose flour.
4.The mixture should neither be too soft nor too hard.
5.Cut raisins and cashews into small pieces. Also add half a teaspoon of sugar to it.
6.Heat oil in a pan. Make balls of paneer mixture and fill dry fruits inside.
7.Fry the koftas. If they crack, take them out and apply dry flour, then fry them.
For making gravy
1. Fry the onion, ginger-garlic paste and tomato paste.
2. Then add cashew paste to it. Also mix two tablespoons of warm milk into the paste.
3. Add all dry spices except kasoori methi.
4.Fry till the sides of the mixer leave the grease.
5. Then add half a cup of water to it. When the gravy becomes slightly thick, add cream or cream, a tablespoon of sugar and kasoori methi.
6. Leave the gravy on low flame. When the grease starts separating from the edge, add the fried koftas to it. Serve hot with roti.
